Cisco IP Phone Security
I have some problem with my phone security. The problem has to be due some people, who can place a call from my phone, when I'm out of room. I need to secure the phone by using some pin codes or key lock or line lock. (Need all solution using Phone, CCM, or other points)

after-hours block
Hi Artem!
I am not quite sure if my solution (this applies to the Cisco Call Manager Express) will fit your needs because it's a "hack". But anyway, you may try to configure on your router an "after-hours" call blocking feature to prevent others to call from your phone :)
So, first add into the telephony-service configuration lines like this:
telephony-service
after-hours block pattern 1 9 ; this command specifies parents that will be blocked (numbers starting with 9 in this case)
after-hours day Mon 00:00 23:59 ; this command will block calls to numbers which begin with numbers defined as "block patterns" from time 00:00 till 23:59.
after-hours day Thu 00:00 23:59
...
after-hours day Sun 00:00 23:59
login timeout 5 ; If you are logged in with your pin code to your IP phone, after a timeout of 5 minutes you will be logged out.
then configure your ephones with required configurations:
- if you want to have your IP phone to not be allowed to create a call to the specified patterns within the working hours then you don't need to touch that ephone's configuration.
- if you have an IP phone at your managers office and he is working 24x7 ;-) then you can remove that IP phone from the restrictions of blocked hours:

after-hour exempt - and finally if you want to have your IP phone secured with a "password" then you can use the PIN code feature. If you choose this configuration, then you will need to login to your IP phone - click on the Login softkey.

BTW: you will need to have a valid time configured on your router. I would recommend to use some NTP server.
To show the router's time use the "show clock" command. To manually set the time use the "clock set ..." command (in Privileged user mode).

Call Manager & IP Communicator download issue
Hello all,
Few months ago we bought VoIP bundle, but in package Call Manager and IP Communicator softwares are not included. How can I get these? I know that CCO ID is needed to download but I am not acquired to get it for nowadays. I send request for it but it takes time to be revised. If anybody has these softwares please help me...
