Heyyaaaa! IPT Learning Materials are back!
On 4.9.2007 (d.m.yyyy) I contacted the Academy Helpdesk with a request to get access the NetAcad IPT learning materials.
After updating my case every week by asking them if there is anything new, finally today I've got a reply:

Jozef, Thank you for your patience while this inquiry was reviewed and I apologize for the delay. Cisco has been working to change the process for the IP telephony materials. Starting this week, a change was made and access for the IP Telephony Materials has been given to all active Instructors in Cisco Networking Academy. Please follow the steps below to access the information: Please download and read the "About IP Telephony Learning Materials" document for important information regarding the use of these materials. Steps to access the materials is listed below: 1. Login to Academy Community website at http://academy-community.net Please keep in mind Cisco posted these materials in their current form for Academies to use at their discretion. The Cisco Networking Academy Support Desk will not provide assistance regarding these materials, but Cisco has provided a global, peer-supported discussion forum for Academy instructors around the world to support each other. To access this forum, click on "Unified Communications Forum" on the left side of the page where the materials are located. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments. The IP Telephony supplemental materials are designed for students who are CCNA certified or for students who have completed the CCNA 1-4 Academy courses. How can I use these materials in my Academy? How do I access these materials? 1. Contact the Academy Support Desk by logging into Academy Connection and selecting Help at the top of the screen. Select the appropriate language program support link then choose the Contact the Support Desk tab. Enter “IP Telephony Materials Access” in the Subject line. In the request, you must include your Academy Connection username, Academy name, and country. 2. Log into the Academy Community site using your Academy Connection username and password. When you log in, your username will be added to a member list, which is part of the access-granting process. 3. After you are granted access, log in to the Academy Community site. The IP Telephony materials will be posted in the IP Telephony Discussion Board, which is under Private Community Groups. How will instructors be trained to use the IP Telephony materials? Are there any plans to update the IP Telephony learning materials such as labs and skills exams, as well as the equipment list? How long will the IP Telephony learning materials remain available? What minimum support will be available for the IP Telephony learning materials? How do I know what equipment to use for the labs Cisco has developed?
